"Sara Kahrs debuted her menswear line, along with her womenswear, on the KCWF runway. It was the perfect balance of sophisticated and edgy with her mix of textures. Loved the rust and the touch of dark teal, paired with wool and ombre. Kara [H.] rocked this rust trench which also opened to become a cropped jacket!"

"Sara Kahrs’ collection just screams fall. The colors and shapes make me honestly just want to skip summer (my least favorite season anyways) and go straight to fall. All the colors were pretty dark and then every now and then there was a pop of bright yellow to stir things up and keep it interesting. By looking closely, the garments were put together so well. I can see this being put up in a storefront window display immediately."

"Sara Kahrs kept the throwback vibes coming with her collection. I loved all the red-based plaid and those cool fleece jackets."
[For consumer reference: the scheme holds orange-based plaids, and the fabrication is wool, not fleece]

"Sara Kahrs showed some amazing retro pieces for both men and women, these are a few of my favorites, but the whole collection was gorgeous and cohesive. I loved how the fabrics, colors, and textures were carried throughout the collection."

"I don't really know what else to say besides - WOW! Talk about one talented Bridal designer. These pleats, the construction, the details, I am in love with it all. She is one talented lady - I mean she made me like column dresses (which I have hated since before Anne Hathaway's moment at the 2014 Oscars). Sorry to be so blunt. But Sara's is where it's at! Great shape and color."

"So after seeing this bridal collection by Sara Kahrs I have wedding gown brain and need to go buy one of thse ASAP. Let me remind you I don't even have a boyfriend...... I mean does a pillowpet count?...
The jaw dropper for this collection was the two piece wedding dress. I love how it's a more modern take on a formal wedding dress. The back buttons, lace details on the hem and sleeves and the gorgeous print on the skirt just makes for an amazing wedding dress. This would be such a perfect gown for a boho wedding. So perf.
I also love the lace skirting and deep v-neck front of the second gown. I didn't snap a pic of the back but it also has a deep open v-back. Gah so much prettiness!
The last one with the accordion style bottom is just fun and very unique! "

"I had the pleasure of interviewing Sara prior to the show, so my excitement was at an all-time high when it was her turn. When the first dress of Sara’s collection stepped out, I was expecting nothing less than perfection. I am happy to say, my expectations were certainly met. Each piece was more stunning than the next. And then… THIS beauty came out, and the entire audience gasped. Sara had designed a series of 3 mini collections; 1 bridal look with 2 coordinating bridesmaids. What I loved about the bridesmaids dresses, were the colors. They were not your traditional pink, periwinkle, or nude dresses. Sapphire blue, chocolate brown, and black. Well done, Miss Sara! Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us next time :)"

"First, I need to talk about the amazing designer Sara Kahrs who showed during the Saturday afternoon show! Every single piece of her collection looked like it belonged in my closet from the use of leather (hello maroon leather pants!), to fur vests, and unique and impeccable construction, I seriously want to buy every piece and wear it on repeat this coming fall. I also had the added bonus of sitting next to her parents during the show, which made it even more exciting to watch her designs come down the runway! Side note: I read somewhere that she is 22, which makes her even more über talented in my book! #lookatyourlifelookatyourchoices"

"Of all the designers who showed on Saturday afternoon, Sara Kahrs of Springfield, Missouri, got me the most excited for fall. Rich oxblood, tar black and smoke gave her collection a moody yet approachable feel, and the textures and fabrics she chose had me wanting to reach out and touch each garment as they came down the runway."
